Frequently Asked Questions...

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States? If so, how much does it cost?

A: At the moment, Not Your Angel Artistry is working on getting an easy, affordable shipping method available to those outside of the U.S. I want to make it as cost efficient as I can. In the near future, there should be an option to order from outside of the United States. If you would like to place an order, Email: OR Direct Message @NotYourAngelArt on Instagram to place an order.

Q: How long does shipping usually take?

A: For most products, shipping ranges from 3-7 business days depending on when it was picked up by the post office.

*There is no set time for shipping on custom orders since they are all unique and differ in completion times.*

Q: What happens if my package doesn't arrive/is damaged in shipping?

A: I make sure to package all orders with utmost care. However, shipping companies aren't always the most gentle with merchandise. In the case that your order is damaged during the shipping process, I'd be more than happy to send you a new item free of charge. (This does not include any custom made creations or original painted pieces!) All you need to do is 1.) Email me a picture (or video) of the damage within 2 weeks of its arrival and 2.) Mention your first and last name, and order #. I'll take care of the rest! :)

If the item does not arrive at all (which is very rare, don't worry!), I would be happy to send you another one, OR refund you the price you paid at the time of purchase.

**In the case that a CUSTOM crafted piece doesn't arrive, or is damaged in transit, please still follow the steps listed above. I will be able to refund your piece, excluding the initial deposit of your piece.**

Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?

A: I'm always looking for more ways to make my packaging as environmentally friendly as possible! All of the bubble mailers, cardboard boxes, plastic sleeves, and paper envelopes can be easily recycled/repurposed! I try to re-use as much material as possible, so although it may not look the prettiest, by re-using my packaging, I'm able to minimize plastic waste. I'm hoping to eventually switch to 100% eco-friendly packaging!!

**Was I able to answer your question? If not, please contact me with any other inquiries and I will answer as quickly as possible! Thank you! - Alina
